Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. When you purchase a digital product or use a member account, information associated with that purchase or account may include contact details, order information and course access records. Please do not include medical or health assessment information in the website contact form.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy notice. We use transaction information to administer purchases and respond to payment or access questions. Do not send card details through our contact form or by email.
Paper health assessments
Health assessments are completed offline and kept on paper. Rob Shepherd is the only person with access to those assessment records. They are separate from information submitted through this website. Contact us directly about your assessment or any request concerning those records.
How information is used
We use information to answer inquiries, provide purchased content, manage customer accounts and resolve service or payment issues. Where applicable, information is also used to meet recordkeeping obligations and protect against misuse. Newsletter communications and related technologies are described below.
Service providers and newsletters
Theo provides this website and its contact form service. The separate member platform supports account and course access, and Stripe processes payments. AWeber is used for newsletter forms and related website tracking. These providers process information associated with their services. Their privacy notices explain their own practices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Cookies and related technologies
Website hosting, member login, payment and newsletter services may use cookies or similar technologies. Read our cookie notice for more information. The member platform and payment pages may use different technologies from this public website.
Retention and protection
Different records may need to be kept for different periods depending on the service, purchase and applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about the retention of a particular record or to request deletion. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
