About these terms

Digital products and purchases
We currently sell one-off digital courses and programs. We are not currently offering subscriptions. The product description and checkout should identify the content, price, currency, applicable charges and access terms before you purchase. Do not assume a purchase includes personal coaching, lifetime access or future products unless the offer expressly says so.
Payment and access
Stripe processes payments. Follow the instructions provided with your purchase to access your content. Keep your account credentials private and contact support@shepherdfit.com if purchased content is unavailable or you believe a payment is incorrect.
Draft refund policy
Our proposed policy is that one-off digital purchases are non-refundable for a change of mind after access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not exclude remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content, duplicate payments or other legally protected claims. Contact support@shepherdfit.com with your order details if you experience a problem. This refund policy remains a draft for owner approval.
International consumer rights
Customers retain mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to them. Where a cooling-off or withdrawal right applies to digital content, it is not removed merely by these terms or by describing a purchase as non-refundable. Any legally required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgment about withdrawal rights must be obtained separately before supply begins. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Fitness and health information
Our fitness, nutrition and lifestyle content is educational and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about medical conditions, injuries or whether an activity is appropriate for you. Stop an activity if you experience pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. Individual results vary; no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Use of course materials
Unless an offer expressly grants additional permissions, purchased content is for your own personal use. Do not share account access, redistribute course materials, resell content or publish copies without permission. Do not misuse the website or interfere with other customers’ access.

Member access and payments may take place on separate pages or services. Their relevant service and privacy terms also apply to your use of those services. Contact us if you need help finding the correct access page.
Questions and disputes
Please contact support@shepherdfit.com first with any purchase, access or service concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not limit any right to pursue a remedy available under applicable law.
Changes
Future changes will be posted here. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be handled subject to the purchase agreement and applicable law.
